Can TA-65 rejuvenate the cardiovascular system?

Vascular health is critical to every tissue and organ system in the body.

Without proper blood flow, cells are deprived of needed oxygen and nutrients. Our testing has confirmed that people ingesting our capsules have TA-65 circulating in the blood. We believe that TA-65 in the plasma will aid vascularization and help rejuvenate aged blood vessels, but we have not yet devised the appropriate tests required to definitively demonstrate this.

Endothelial cells are the key to cardiovascular health. Endothelial cells are the cells that line the inside of all blood vessels. They are critical to proper blood flow, prevention of clots, and transfer of nutrients to tissues.

It has been shown in the published scientific literature that introducing telomerase into aged endothelial cells helps these cells to divide, helps restore normal responses to growth factors, and helps them to form proper new blood vessels when implanted into mice with vascular deficits.

Telomerase Activation, in theory, could have a major impact on proper functioning of the cardiovascular system. We are currently testing arterial stiffness in people doing the Patton Protocol and hope to be able to report positive results late in 2007 or early 2008**.
